1. Who handles payments

Our orders are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar handles payments, invoices and VAT, and pays out refunds.

2. Your first payment

If you are not happy with onkoel, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

3. Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge, and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

If you are in the United Kingdom and on a yearly plan, you have another 14 days after each yearly renewal to ask for a full refund of that renewal.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to us through our support page. You can look up your orders and invoices with Manage billing on your subscription page.
